Description

This property enables to divide the bar code horizontally to more parts. It originated on the base of some firms requirement where it was needed to print one bar code card which was subsequently divided for more people.
Lines designate places where a bar code should be cut or divide. These lines do not have any influence on correctness of sensor bar code reading.

Note :

Do not use this property for codes of 2D type, e.g. PDF417. Codes of 1D type have on all their length the same shape, codes 2D do not have. That is why it is not possible to divide these codes, we would interfere the ability to read the code by a sensor.
